Today we’re starting something new on Connecting to Health, our health and wellness blog. We hope you enjoy it! We’ll be sharing news and information we think you’ll find useful, interesting or fun – dispatches from the world of health care that may help you reduce your risk of disease and boost your sense of well-being. 

The decision to get this blog going was in some ways a no-brainer. After all, our network of providers includes world-class clinicians and experts on every aspect of health, and they’re eager to share. We’re starting the conversation with a topic that’s important to each of us – how to feel better and get healthier without spending a lot of time or money. (It’s surprisingly easy!) In the coming weeks, we’ll explore simple ways to cut your risk of one of the most common -- and most dangerous -- diseases in the United States, offer some surprising wisdom about vitamins, and give you helpful tips about how to turn off your brain and get the sleep you need.
