We can help answer a variety of your general questions over email – from finding a quality provider to form requests and coverage information. We respond to email messages, from 8AM – 6PM, Monday through Friday.

Connect with live help

CareConnect members can log into our member portal and chat with one of our Service Connectors from 9AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. We can help answer your questions in real time about anything from claim and reimbursement inquiries to address updates and website navigation.

Visit our Customer Care Center 9AM – 5PM, Monday through Thursday, and 9AM - 1PM, Friday. We’re here to answer questions, make it easy to pay your bill, and enroll you in a health insurance plan — plus, we offer snacks and monthly wellness events!
